Medication Administration should have mandatory section to include Medication name/concentration/etc. Merged

At our hospitals we utilize a Medication Administration line item for medications that are brought by the owner and given while the pet is in hospital. Currently we include the name, details and instructions in the instructions box. The issue is that you cannot see what the medication is when looking at the treatment sheet and for patients that have several medications it can become very unclear and confusing. Having a section to enter the medication and instructions (similar to the fluid additives) so it would show up under Medication Administration would solve this problem. I have included pictures of what the line looks like now vs. what we would like it to show.
