Graphing Trends (e.g. weight, temp)

If patients are in for multiple days it would be great to be able to graph monitoring trends. E.g what is the fluctuation in weight or temperature or pain scale etc. without having to go back through each day to check/analyse.  An option to click on a trend graph that populates a simple line graph would be a great visual snapshot of the variation. (perhaps a button in the edit mode - even if if generated it into a new window.

    This would be great ... also if BP could be entered and graphed similar to HRs
