Combination fixed/non-fixed templates- Ethos Merged

We are trying to implement a better treatment sheet sign off protocol for our hospital that would require the usage of fixed treatments on our non-fixed templates. This would include daily 7am/7pm doctor treatment sheet sign offs (at the same time every day) with a separate Specialist sign off every day at 11am. We are a 24 hour facility and need to ensure treatment sheets are signed off at the appropriate times, by the correct doctor and specialist on the case.
