Option to track who discharged a patient Merged

It would be very useful if there was an option to trace who had discharged patients

    It would help immensely! Especially because our employees keep saying patients are *disapperaing* off of SmartFlow. Are they...? Or is someone accidentally discharging patients before they're ready?
