Changing of whiteboard automatically inputs a time stamped patient note +/- user name

This can be used to track when patients are moved from boards, to better identify if user errors are occurring with hospital protocols of when/why to switch or add a whiteboard.

    We are planning to have this information in our new User Actions functionality, where the clinic manager will be able to see who performed which actions on any patient.

    It sounds like you're more interested in this than in the information actually being part of the medical record. If so, then we're already working on it!
