Carry forward information from previous dental charts

Ability to "Carry forward" Missing and extracted teeth to next dental chart for individual patients. Would save a bit of time for staged procedures such as whole mouth extractions, and oral osteomyelitis cases, while also being being useful for routine cases. Would be even better if new Dental chart for pt. had the Extractions listed as when they were previously extracted.

    Having a perpetual chart would be a huge help with respect to previously noted abnormalities and missing/extracted teeth.
