Customizable Dental Chart

I would like to be able to customize the dental form to include additional information missing from your form.  i.e. occlusion, skull conformation, oral pathology findings, radiograph findings, Procedures performed that are not included in your dental chart i.e. prophy,  medications dispensed.  This could be accomplished by merging the form builder to your existing chart.

    T/I Impacted tooth

    DT/P Persistent deciduous tooth

    DTC/R Dentigerous cyst removal

    ST Stomatitis

    And although not on the charting list it would be nice to know if TR is type 1, 2, or 3. This helps determine the treatment of choice.

    Hi Paul,

    A completely customisable Dental Chart is not currently on our roadmap but if there are some common findings and treatments missing can you please list them out here so that we can consider adding them to our chart.
