Comprehensive oral exam categories to make notes in

It is important to do a comprehensive oral exam where you asses the following: lymph nodes, buccal mucosa, tongue, soft palate, hard palate, tonsils, pharynx, occlusion, skull type, extra-oral. It would be helpful to have an area where we can check a box that says either "normal" or "abnormal" and if we select abnormal then a box to type in notes regarding its condition.

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for submitting this idea. I do really like this ideas as a look ahead into how we can take the dental chart to the next level. In the meantime though, I wanted to offer the option of using our customizable consent forms to build out your comprehensive oral exam form. It sounds like a lot of what you are looking for can be easily achieved with our consent forms.
