I need a permanent instruction to be attached to to a parameter Merged

I need this to be a permanent note for these drugs. Not a note put in when the medications are put in SmartFlow as a treatment. Can this be a permanent part of the medication?

    This would be valuable when a medication is required to be reconstituted to a specific dilution, given a under certain guidelines and how long it can be stored for future use.
