Digital rounds notes/Nurse Handover section

Working in a large specialist/emergency hospital, we have a large team of nurses who all take rounds (either on paper, or on their phones/ipad in the notes). It would be great if there was a small section for nursing/clinician notes so that we could hand over digitally. This could be a small template that contained sections that the clinic requires, this would be especially handy as it would be available for all nurses to see, regardless of which iPad they are using.

    When performing rounds, the staff don't have time to look-up a patient form. You simply need to be able to scroll through patients and see an overview and what the plan is.

    We currently use ListRunner for our hospital rounds (7 departments & 3 locations). For continuity purposes we like to see similar functionality in SmartFlow.
