Overall, I think a better way to notify that treatments have been missed- currently my staff easily misses or ignores this. I know, partially a training problem- but I do think that it would be nice if the whiteboard flashed or did something more noticable when a treatment has been missed- a pop up or something that forces us to either do or reschedule the treatment before moving on to other things.
