Add an option to change flowsheet time from hourly to either q 5 or q 10 minute monitoring for emergency patients

We are not an emergency hospital, but we see a lot of emergencies and it would be VERY nice to have the option to change the flowsheet timeline from hourly to every 5-10 minute monitoring or even every 15 minute monitoring.
