Different view of Whiteboard for Clients

A lot of our clients have questions about their status and are frequently asking for updates. It would be great if we can provide a display of smartflow for them the same way we have for our own team. It would be beneficial if we could toggle between the "client view" and the "staff view" . From the client's view, we would not be able to show any of our clients' personal information. I think we would need to display whiteboard with the patients name, photo, and the workflow so that everyone is aware of their place in the treatment lineup without revealing too much information about other clients

    Hello - This can already be accomplished by custom setting what is viewed in the Patient Information Area. There is an FAQ HERE on how to do that. You can create a NEW Whiteboard that is for Clients and decide How much patient information is displayed.
