Blood Results on Smartflow - Integrate result entry to EzyVet

We currently like to record blood results such as PCV/TP or BG on the patients chart for easy quick reference day to day. We have it set up to trigger a charge to EzyVet but when entering results such as 4.5 it will invoice 4.5 x quantity.

    Hello Vicky - You would want to have the parameter changed from an initial picker type to a numeric picker type so SmartFlow expects the number and will not think you want to charge for a different quantity. There is a FAQ HERE

    SmartFlow currently does send the information for cage side In-house sampling to Ezyvet (when the picker type on the parameter is in Numeric) and this can be seen when you go to the SmartFlow tab in Ezyvet and you hover over the item. You will want to vote on a feature request within Ezyvet to allow that number to complete the diagnostic request.


    At this time a work around that many practices will utilize is they will put a NON-BILLABLE parameter for BG Reading, PCV/TP reading with Ezyvet Event turned ON into the monitoring section of SmartFlow. That will then transfer the results to the Health Status area of the clinical record in Ezyvet.
