Allow the Fluids section to trigger the alarm and flickering on the whiteboard

If the fluids are hilighted at a specific time for them to be adjusted or turned off then we cant see it if its on the fluid section, we would have to create a procedure item for it and it seems redundant and a waste of time to do that.
