Categorize Notes !

The notes section can be easily flooded with a plethora of notes from different departments for rounding, as well as all of the minor notes for each treatment item. Is there a way we can categorize the notes to make sifting through them easier? This way when looking for updates or specific information about the changes and/ or progression in patients care, it can be more easily found.
