Sometimes patients are discharged by team members in a fast paced environment. If a note is not specifically created or initials not noted on the discharge task and there is an error during the patient's discharge, it is near impossible to determine who to address the mistake with. It would be helpful to have User ID visible on the final report that is generated upon discharge to know who discharged the patient so that we can unsure patient records are as accurate as possible.
