Toggles to set parameter frequencies in settings, biggest for meds

Having basic options to program parameters to appear at preferred frequency, for example clavamox drops added to treatment sheet is preset to be at q12 but is still adjustable as needed. Save a lot of time in ER than having to adjust everything every time it is added as these are not items feasible to save in templates. In the ER this can be upwards of 5-10 medications added to multiple patients and wastes a lot of time and could save on medication admin errors.
