Accurate anesthetic monitoring

need the monitoring sheets to be allowed to add in their observations with accurate time stamps, currently if you change your iso % for example its either being added to the previous round of obs or next round of obs rather than being added to the graph and timestamped accurately at the time of the iso changed, leaving the anesthetic monitoring charts inaccurate to what is truly happening in the surgery which is a legal document.
