Ability to add Picture/chart to treatment instructions

There are many "charts" available for use such as faecal scoring chart, urine colour chart etc, it would be great to be able to add a picture/document to the instruction box under treatments, so when the individual is filling out there treatment they can see the chart (which ever the hospital choose to use) and compare it to that
