Blinking Patients on Board When Waiting in Exam Rooms for more than 30 Minutes

There are times that patients are left in exam rooms for extended periods of time. I would like to know if a feature can be built that would have that patient start blinking when they have been in a room for 30 minutes. This clock would start when a room is assigned to a patient.
