Another Custom Field or Category Field in Patient Info Section

After Hours Veterinary Emergency Centre would like another custom field or a category field in the patient information section. Currently the custom fields are being used for 'categories' for example 1, 2, 3 depending on triage. However, either a field for this- or an additional custom field would be great so that 'discharge times' could be displayed on the whiteboard.

We need another custom field or what would be IDEAL for the integration with Evet. is to pull the list of user names and have a drop down option like the DVM list that would allow assignment of a patient to a specific staff member.
