We would like the ability for our PIMS to be able to transfer the patient photo if it already exists over to Smart Flow as the patient is created. This would save us from having to take a new photo each time the patient is admitted.
Would it be possible to also have the patient photo from Smartflow transfer to PIMS if there was not a photo on the account. This would help keep updated photos from either software.
Hi Kimberley,
This item is planned for development in Q3 and once development has begun you will see that status reflected here. Please keep in mind though that once the work is completed on the SmartFlow end it will require each integrated Practice Management Software to make an update on their end to start sending the photos over to SmartFlow, we will work with all of our PIMS partners though as soon as things are ready on the SmartFlow end.
Kind regards,
Ben Nitschke

This would be amazing to have - when is this going to take effect?
ETA?
We would love to see this implemented.
We would love this to be implemented too :)
I want this for E-Vet Practice too!!!!
This would be very helpful!!!
We have the same query for RxWorks - when we have a patient coming in every week or 2 for treatment, we dont want to have to take a new photo every time, just seems inefficient.
We quite often get calls as users expect this to flow through from the ezyVet, they then have to do an extra step in their workflow to capture the image for it to display nicely on Smartflow.
I agree, this would be great!
I want to vote for this a million times over! We have beautiful patient pictures in ezyvet for a good chunk of our clients because we regularly run FB photo competitions to keep their photos current. Would love these photos to come across from ezyvet to SmartFlow so the nurses don't have to take a new photo every time <3
