Transfer the picture from ezyVet to Smart Flow on Admission

There are two ideas suggested by Marcus from ezyVet:

1. To transfer the picture when the patient is admitted instead of taking the picture every time.

2. Transfer pictures from Smart Flow into ezyVet immediately when taken rather than wait until discharge.

I want to vote for this a million times over! We have beautiful patient pictures in ezyvet for a good chunk of our clients because we regularly run FB photo competitions to keep their photos current. Would love these photos to come across from ezyvet to SmartFlow so the nurses don't have to take a new photo every time <3

We quite often get calls as users expect this to flow through from the ezyVet, they then have to do an extra step in their workflow to capture the image for it to display nicely on Smartflow.

I like option 2, would be nice to have the animals picture straight onto Eyzvet.

We had two patients in recently with the same name, although we double checked all details (client surname, breed etc) the photograph would be a quicker and easier visual check.

We have the same query for RxWorks - when we have a patient coming in every week or 2 for treatment, we dont want to have to take a new photo every time, just seems inefficient.
