More forms properties

Hello,

 

We are using the digital forms and are not connected with our PMS NewLeaf Vet. We would like to see some additional form properties that will populate in the patient info. It would be great if we can have properties for:

  • Custom
  • Critical Notes
  • Deposit
  • Resucitate
  • Caution
  • Cage Number
  • Problem List

This would enable us to ask questions like "Does your pet have any allergies" and then the clients response can populate in the Critical Notes field so that it is flagged for all staff automatically.

    We have shipped this except for Problem List and Caution fields. I will create a new idea just for these items!

    For integrated PMS, it would be great if more of the fields beyond what is in Smart Flow Patient Info would populate automatically.
