We would like to see "Attitude","Heart Murmur" and "Number of ET attempts"
parameters in the preoperative section of the anaesthetic sheet.

    *Add Anesthetist and make a box to assign if this person is a DVM, LVT and or assistant

    Add on Case holder

    For difficult cases, there are multiple Assistants

    • For Circuits, have the different circuits available in a drop down menu

    • ASA levels: drop down menu to be selected
