Forms- re-use Properties more than once on a form

I am loving the forms! I have created several checklists but it seems each parameter can be used only once on a form, it would be good if it can be used several times. For example, if I have used "Mobile Phone" under the section for owner, I cannot use it again for a section under "Partner". I have got around this by some creative naming & use of full stops etc but it would be good it if was not necessary.

    I have had similar feedback from clients. For non-default form properties it would be great to be able to re-use the same display name, but just have the internal names numbered. That way the form wouldn't look like someone with no proof-reading ability made the form.

    Yes, this is really frustrating, having to add dashes/full stops etc to repeat items such as "additional details"  or "please specify"
