We would like the video files saved as part of the Smart Flow archive

 
We are using Smart Flow in our equine department and love using the video function on the flowsheet to record things like lameness. We would like the videos to be saved as part of the Smart Flow archive so that when a patient has been discharged if we need to dig up any of these video files we can.
 
I am aware that we can download the videos from the web version but it is not easy to do.
 
- Downloading the video is not simple, and there are lots of videos to download.
- We don't often know what videos they need to save or not until sometime after the fact.
 
Ideally, at the University of Melbourne we would like to see the video files saved as part of the Smart Flow archive or at least make it easier to download the videos.

    This has been released, if a video is done on a patient and then discharged that video is saved in the archive. To access the video you have to restore the patient back to the whiteboard and then you can access the video. I'm going to mark this as released but if you would like this function differently I recommend adding a new Aha idea.

    Great idea! We can consider saving videos in our archive but this will significantly increase the storage. As a part of the consideration for this idea, we may have to think for you guys to "rent" storage space. Would you be willing to pay extra to store these files in our archive?
