To be able to see if animal being treated by somone else. work in progress Merged

Need to see if an animal already being treated so we don't end up going to a patient and find someone already half way through. A big waste of time. Today 3 of us turned up at a kennel with ice packs!!! Maybe the animal could flash or something.

It would be very helpful if smartflow would be able to let us know if another user was working on a patient. We have had issues whereas the patient has been double dosed with medication or treatments because more than one person is working on the ...
