Copy instruction into checked off box

A function that would allow instructions of monitoring/activities/fluid/medication/procedures items to automatically copy into the check off box when a technician checks an item off would be great. For example, if there is an item in "Activity" labeled "Feed-see instructions" and the instructions say "1/2cup dry", it would be awesome if when my tech selects at 8am they completed the task that the instructions automatically copy into that completed box instead of them having to type that every time they select it.

    Or if it automatically copied onto the notes page would work as well I think.  But I do agree on this.  We use a activity call rDVM medications when a p is brought into the ER and we are to give meds dispensed by a rDVM but we are not charging for it or using from our ER stock.  It would be great is those medication instructions transferred over into the notes section easily. i.e. Furosemide 2.5mg 1/2T PO BID
