Drag Patients to Change Line of Order Merged

On the main whiteboard page it would be helpful, especially in an ER setting, so that we can move the patients to better help us know which order to see the patients in.

    That would be helpful. In our ER we put the time of arrival in the custom box under edit patient info and it automatically puts the patients in order and also color code them according to urgency.
