For a large-scale hospital with complicated or critically ill patients, our treatment sheets are very long with an extensive list of medications and procedures. Users need to scroll all the way to the top (or bottom), memorize the time/hour cell, and scroll back to the “Activity”, “Fluid”, “Medication”, or “Procedure” sections to adjust these activities to the desired start time. This occurs both on the SF desktop web browser and the SF app. It will be extremely helpful if users have the ability to add a row of time/hour cells before these sections to improve efficiency in creating/adjusting treatment sheets.
I came here for the same reason, from day one this has been an issue. Either solution sounds workable. Adding a row with the time cells seems best though, because it lessens the likelihood of glitching
In excel you can lock a row or column so it travels with your view so something like that could work as well.
