Editing templates should be possible from the desktop without first needing to use an existing patient's clinical record that you have to send to Smartflow.

1) This slows down the editing progress and creates unnecessary attachments and pdf's sent back to the PIMS software.

2) Staff on the treatment floor get confused when I have added patients to the whiteboards and they not only take up space but sometimes they assume they are patients to be seen or treated.

3) I have multiple templates and when I need to edit many at once, I have to have multiple fake patients on the board and switch back and forth between them. This exacerbates point #2.

4) There is no easy way for me to show new staff, especially locum veterinarians what our templates consist of. There should be a section of the online log-in where they can click to just view templates so they can be better acquainted to use them.

4b) To aid locums, I also want a way to print off the templates so that I can add them to our Veterinary Support Binder. This would be a good quick reference guide so they can see what ones they want to use.
