Change weight as treatment, update weight on flowsheet

We had the following feature request from a customer:

Have the weight automatically change when you complete it as a treatment rather than completing the treatment and then having to edit the patient.

If you support this idea, make sure to "like" it!

Added mockup, when patient weight is updated via flowsheet, popup re: changing medication dosages would still show up.

I've had 2 major hospitals ask for this feature to be implemented too.

Current weight updating from the SFS to the Patient Info section is just common sense.  Most current weight at least once daily update!!  The vast majority of our patients are hospitalized for several days and the weight can change so much in that time.  We also use SF for ER triage of patients, front desk checks in and sends to SF prompting ER team to room pt and take vitals. Sometimes Ezyvey sends to SF before the patient weight is taken.  When we input the weight to the highlighted cell if it could automatically update in the patient info section we would never worry about drug dose inaccuracy.

    Thank You!!

YES!! This would be fantastic for patients that are hospitalized for multiple days and save us unneeded steps.

If you could set it so that updating weight in the edit patient screen would edit the monitoring parameter that would be a quick fix

Having to add multiple steps to weight entry just to calculate current dosages is frustrating. Add the same question of "are you sure" if that is what it takes. But I can't imagine a scenario where you would not want to calculate the drug dosages on current weight. Most clinics only update weight 1-2 times a day anyhow. Also, you are sending the weights back to the EMR every time, why wouldn't it update your patient info?
