Change so vitals they no longer allow initial inputs.

Currently when respiration rate is linked to cornerstone as alphanumeric, it pops up with an initial input on the iPad. This is frustrating when putting in anesthetic values every 5 minutes and having all other values be numeric and having to change to the keyboard to input the respiration rate.
