Return format of the PDF-file which was before new release

When we discharge a patient we are just getting a reports file. We copy and paste the medical records into our medical record. Since you changed the format of the record we can only highlight and copy half of it at a time (all of the dates and times go to the bottom of the document). The date and time no longer correspond with the tasks/procedures etc.

The previous format of the PDF-file was more appropriate and useful.

I agree, the new client registration forms are now in alphabetical order rather than the flow of the fields as they are filled in. this system is called smartFLOW for a reason....
