Gain access to notes/instructions that are put in under medications or procedures

Is there any way to gain access to notes/instructions that are put in under medications or procedures after the flow sheet has been finalized?

when you access that archive, notes or instructions that are only visible when you click on the actual medication/procedure when the patient is still active are no longer accessible once the patient has checked out. See attached screenshot to see what I mean. Only an image of the flowsheet itself is accessible from the archive.

    There is an entry in the Medical Record PDF when an instruction is added. Can you reach out to support if you don't see this on your account?
