Certain medications should prompt for a Route instead of automatically assigning one

When adding dexmedetomidine for example, there is a big difference between 8mcg/kg IM and IV, and our template defaults to IV. It would be nice if certain meds prompted my melted vet brain so I don't make any mistakes that could be easily avoided :)
